Have I said how much I absolutely love my job as a Mckinney newborn photographer? It is truly such a blessing to meet these sweet new families and be trusted with this special time for them! Meeting the family was especially neat when the mom and I realized we were in classes together in college! So neat and such a small world!
Gorgeous Avila was almost ten pounds at birth and had SO much hair!! She was just adorable! I especially love the photos we got with her big brother. We don’t often get siblings old enough to do photos like these so we took full advantage. He was such a proud big brother and it was obvious how much he loved her!
Before client’s newborn sessions, we always send a questionnaire asking for any color preferences, specific props used etc. Sweet Avila’s mom requested green which I just love on girls! Here are some favorites from her session!

Interested in a newborn session with us? We always recommend scheduling sessions a few months in advance as we have limited availability each month. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old to ensure they are still sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio and we provide all the wraps, props, outfits, headbands etc so you do not need to buy a thing!
