Baby Brecken {Mckinney Newborn Photographer}

cute brothers with newborn baby

Oh sweet Brecken! You (and your two big brothers) are just the cutest! Brecken’s mom contacted me before his birth about not only getting some shots of the new baby (the gender was a surprise!) but also her older two boys. We absolutely love including siblings into newborn sessions and making them feel like an important part of this special time.

As a Mckinney newborn photographer, I love letting moms pick and choose the unique details of their session. We can match photos to nursery theme, home colors or anything parents would like! We used lots of neutrals with pops of dark blue for Brecken’s session and I love the timeless look of their images. Can we also talk about how cute both big brother’s outfits are?!

It was hard to pick favorites from this session but I tried my best to narrow it down! Some of my favorite props from this session are the basket from The Original Photoblocks and the gorgeous blue layer from Mama Knits. If you are a photographer, check out their sites as they have so much stuff I love!

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
