Baby Callum { Prosper Newborn Photography Session }

This Prosper newborn photography session with baby Callum was full of precious little moments. He cooed the entire session and was loving our time together. Even though he was just 10 days young, he was a pro behind the camera. Such a go-with-the-flow baby and a photographer’s dream!

It was an absolute honor to capture these sweet moments for my clients, who happen to be first-time parents! I know they will cherish these photographs for decades to come, especially as he grows and hits all of his upcoming milestones. Mom and dad requested cool-toned neutrals for Callum’s session to mimic their home decor. I love how the ivory, creams and grays pop off of the wood cradle and the distressed bucket. Keep scrolling to see just a few of my favorite snapshots of baby Callum and all of his cuteness.

Are you interested in a Prosper newborn photo session with us? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands!

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
