Baby Oliver {Prosper Newborn Photography Session}

Baby Oliver made my Prosper newborn photography session a breeze. He is such an expressive baby, even while sleeping! Peep the forehead wrinkles and the smirk in the first two images. Too cute for words!

Baby Oliver

Sweet Oliver, who was just 9 days old, slept great for most of his session, but did wake up enough to give us some adorable wide eyed shots! We don’t get these in every session, but when we do there is just nothing cuter! I absolutely love incorporating older siblings and parents to document this special time. You can see how big brother was absolutely beaming in all of the pictures.

We used lots of neutrals to compliment Oliver’s nursery, while adding in hints of green. All of which made his full head of hair pop! Here are some of my favorite images from his sweet session!

Are you interested in a Prosper newborn photography session? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands!

Laura Tye is a newborn, child and family photographer in the north Dallas area. She provides photography services to the areas of Mckinney, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Prosper, and the surrounding areas. Booking for newborn photos is currently open for 2022. Please contact us here for more information on  availability and session investment.

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
