Baby Luke {McKinney Newborn Photography Session}

I absolutely loved my McKinney newborn photography session with baby Luke! It’s always a blast when you get repeat clients in the studio. Fun fact! I photographed big sisters newborn session just 17-months ago. Big sis was a pro behind the camera and adores her new baby brother! Just wait until you see their sibling shots… heart eyes all around!

Oh, sweet Luke! Mom had a vision of blues and greens for Luke’s session, which is a combo I’ve been loving lately for little boys! I brought in all the textures and added in some creams as well. She also had a little hat with his name embroidered on it that we used and it’s the most precious thing ever. Keep scrolling for cuteness overload from Luke’s session!

Are you interested in a McKinney newborn photography session with us? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands!

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
