Baby Ronan {Plano Newborn Photography Session}

My Plano newborn photography session was so special with baby Ronan and family! At just 6 days old, Ronan gave us all the sweet facial expressions and even some wide-eyed shots. He was so comfortable during the shoot and it shows in all of the photos! Fun fact: I photographed big sister as a newborn only 20-months ago and I just loved seeing her today all grown up!

Mom had a specific vision of creams, tans and olive for baby Ronan’s session and I had a blast making her vision come to life! I always love adding in different textures in the same color way, so I started there. Then I pulled a tan plaid blanket to add in some dimension. The looks wouldn’t be complete without adding in some wicker baskets & bowls! I just love how Ronan’s session turned out. Keep scrolling to see all the sweetness from his session!

The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands!

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
