Baby Nolan {McKinney Newborn Photography Session}

Baby Nolan from my McKinney newborn photography session made my job so easy! He was content the entire morning and went from pose to pose so effortlessly, which made outfit changes a breeze. Big sister was so proud of her new role and was the biggest help during the session. Just wait until you see their photos together!

At just 12 days old, Nolan was rocking his photos – so comfortable in front of the camera! Mom had a vision of neutrals, but also wanted a bold color for his photo session. I pulled my favorite neutral wraps and textured blankets and also added in a deep marbled navy for the bold color choice! We even got in the holiday spirit with a little “Santa baby” look, which gives me all the heart eyes. Keep scrolling to see all the sweetness from baby Nolan’s newborn session!

Are you interested in a McKinney newborn photography session? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands!

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
