Baby Asher {Plano Newborn Photography Session}

There’s one adjective that describes my Plano newborn photography session with baby Asher, and that’s sweet! This new family of five had full hearts, which translates so well in each photo. And big brothers were smitten with the newest addition! I loved being able to spend my morning capturing these new BFF’s! Be sure to check out their sibling shots!

Meet Asher, 11 days old and seriously the sweetest little guy! Mom had a vision of neutral tones, but wanted to have a touch of masculinity for baby boys session. This was such a fun vision to bring to life! I started by pulling grays and heathered navy, which are both neutral and masculine. Then I pulled a few creams and whites and added in my favorite woven mat and wicker basket to complete the looks. Which color combo is your fav?!

Are you interested in a Plano newborn photography session? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands! We also have a full wardrobe of dresses for moms!

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
