Baby John {Dallas Newborn Photography Session}

I had another “pinch me” moment during my Dallas newborn photography session with baby John! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing all three kiddos as newborns, which is such a sweet perk of the job. These three siblings are already the best of friend, and it really shows in their photos!

Mom had a vision to keep things simple and neutral, but with a pop of a steel blue/gray in the mix. I pulled my favorite marled blue/gray wraps for little John, which complemented his eyes so well! It’s like he knew to give us a stare while in this outfit! Keep scrolling to see some favorites from this sweet family of five!

Are you interested in a Dallas newborn photography session with us? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands! We also have a wardrobe of dresses for mom!

Laura Tye is a newborn, child and family photographer in the north Dallas area. She provides photography services to the areas of Mckinney, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Prosper, and the surrounding areas. Booking for newborn sessions is currently open for 2022. WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
