Baby Caleb {Plano Newborn Photography Session}

It was so much fun spending my morning with baby Caleb for his Plano newborn photography session! This new family of four brought so much love and joy into the studio, and it shows in every single photo. Big brother was just so proud of his new role and little brother was a rockstar for the camera! Still swooning over this session!

Meet Caleb, 8 days young and the sweetest guy around! His parents requested a very neutral color palette for his session, which led me to a cream and gray color palette. To keep things visually interesting, I pulled light, medium and dark gray wraps and blankets in several textures and added in some wooden bowls/baskets when needed. Since the temperature has officially dropped in Dallas, I knew he needed to wear this cream cable knit sweater. Are you interested in a Plano newborn photography session? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands! We also have a full wardrobe of dresses for moms!

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
