Baby Callahan {Prosper Newborn Photography Session}

I cannot get over how handsome baby Callahan is for his Prosper newborn photography session. And his chin dimple! This little guy was the sleepiest during his session and he truly was such a dream to photograph. This new family of four was the absolute sweetest and so much fun!

Callahan’s mama wanted a very neutral color scheme with a pop of holiday cheer for his session. I pulled all of my creamy ivory wraps + blankets and the dreamiest cream sweater jumper. Some of his looks wouldn’t be complete without the sweetest teddy bear and a wooden basket. I just love a textured monochromatic look! Since it’s December, we brought in the cutest Santa outfit completed with a Christmas plaid blanket and the sweetest baby bed. Keep scrolling to see some favorites from this sweet family’s session!

Are you interested in a Prosper newborn photography session? Due to limited availability each month, we recommend scheduling your session a few months in advance. The session ideally takes place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old; this helps to ensure they are young and sleepy and easy to pose! All newborn sessions are held in our downtown Mckinney photography studio. We provide all the wraps, props, outfits, and headbands! We also have a full wardrobe of dresses for moms!

Laura Tye is a newborn, child and family photographer in the north Dallas area. She provides photography services to the areas of Mckinney, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Prosper, and the surrounding areas. Booking for newborn photos is currently open for 2023. Please contact us here for more information on  availability and session investment.

WELCOME

Hi! I’m Laura! Thank you for visiting my site giving me the consideration of documenting this special time for your family! With over 800 newborns photographed and over 9 years of experience, I can assure you, your little one is in the best hands! Before I was a photographer I was a first grade teacher. I stopped doing that when my oldest son was born and quickly picked up photography as a hobby. Being a first time mom and seeing just how quickly my baby was growing and changing each day I realized the importance of documenting these memories. When they say the days are long but the years are short, that could not be more true! That same baby is almost a teenager now and I am so glad I had photography as a way to freeze that tiny window of time! I once heard someone say that while family photos are important, you can take new ones every year. Newborn photos are a one time thing and once that time is gone you’ll never get it back!
